This unit requires you to demonstrate that you adhere to agreements. You will need to think about your personal experience of making agreements. This may be either in the workplace or, if you undertake voluntary work, you may use this experience.
Choose an example from your own experience where you made an agreement and then followed through. Think about what would have happened and the effect this would have on others if you had not followed through.
