Constabulary. In this public discussion forum there is heated debate as to whether or not the RNC has “fully embraced” the Community Policing Model. From your observations as a citizen “out and about” has the RNC fully embraced the Community Policing Model? If so in what ways? If not, how are they falling short? How can they improve – if they can indeed improve – on service delivery using the Community Policing Model? (Note: sending out Tweets, Facebook Posts, and teaching the DARE program are not strong examples of the community policing model practices.)
