Below are some tips when implementing your survey:
- Use closed questions around demographic and customer information that is relevant such as age, gender, income level.
- Add open questions that address the following:
- Address the customer’s needs – what would they like more or less of?
- How customers would like to be communicated with?
- What is their level of Customer Satisfaction?
