context of group collaboration based on your experience in completing the group
assignment (Assessment 2: Solution Plan).

Introduction (100-150 words): which will also serve as your statement of purpose for this
report – this means that you will tell the reader what you are going to cover in your report.

b. Key concepts in this reflective report
c. What the reader can expect to find in the body of the report
The body of the report (1000-1200 words): covers the concepts of ethical practice in the
context of group collaboration based on your experience in completing the group
assignment. The following questions serve to guide you writing in this reflection and carry
equal weight:
a. How did the group take responsibility for their individual contributions to the project
and what likely consequences did the group identify should a group member not
deliver an equitable contribution to the project?
b. How did the group manage accountability for work done in this assignment? How
did they determine who was responsible for each activity and how did they ensure
that the activity was done on time and with the right level of quality?
c. What communications channels and regular meetings were set up for the group?
Did this work well? On reflection, are there any improvements which would have
made this more effective for achieving group goals?
d. How did the group ensure the accuracy of the information they gathered from
research for your group work? Were there any steps to validate references and
sources that were included by individuals in the group final report for which they are
mutually responsible?
e. What have you learned about the process of group planning, group goal setting and
managing expectations of team members from the process of delivering your group
assessment?
