Anna has seen improvements in Sammy’s behaviour and progress; however, during one session, Sammy is very agitated and aggressive towards Anna. Anna feels physically threatened. Sammy is pacing the room. He hits the table, and stands over Anna telling her he wants to ‘smash’ her glasses.
