Tara is the owner and proprietor of a Nature Park in Aripo. At the Park, she runs a small shop selling hiking equipment. In July 2019, Urmilla visited the park, looking to purchase a new pair of hiking shoes and hiking gear. After browsing the selection available, Urmilla picked out a set branded ‘the Top Climber Ultimate’. She asked Tara about the shoes and gear, and Tara told Urmilla: ‘the Top Climber Ultimate came top of the most recent customer survey I held’. Tara also told Urmilla that Top Climber Ultimate gears are made from the best nylon and would last a lifetime. Tara herself had no idea what material was used in the manufacture of the shoes and gears.
