According to the module leader, she advised me to review past and present trends in leadership theories and the role of organisational context and culture in leadership. In addition, to critique facilitation models and elaborate on my own leadership style. Finally , reflect on my own experience as a clinical teacher in facilitating a group of nursing student during the clinical placement as well as in the institute using action learning model.

- Correct spelling and diligent proof reading are important, as well as good use of English – clear and concise with acceptable professional terminology
