For this assignment, chose an institution with which you are familiar. Craft a presentation for hypothetical review by the institution’s Board of Trustees that analyzes the finances of the institution to determine how much money it spends each year, where that money comes from, and the investment its leadership makes in developing those revenue sources.
For this purpose, use any documents that the institution makes public, and/or interviews with officials from the college plus any other sources you might find about the budget. Be sure to address the following in your presentation:

• Include a discussion of areas that draw funds from each of the five sources discussed in the introduction to this section.
• Using the readings for this week, suggest ways in which the institution could enhance the amount of money it receives from each of the five sources and what would have to be done to enhance funding from each.
• Prioritize the investment you would make in mining each revenue stream based on the potential each has at this investment you would make in each area based on that area’s potential for enhancing the financial health of the school.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
