The purpose of this assignment is to identify quality standards and requirements and communicate them to project stakeholders.

Part 1:

For this assignment, read the “Running Case” in Chapter 8 of the textbook. Complete the following tasks.

1. Develop a list of quality standards or requirements related to meeting the stakeholder expectations described in the “Running Case.” In a Word document, list each quality standard or requirement and provide a brief description of it. For example, two requirements related to the new website might be that users can read the content in several different languages and that users provide good ratings for the online video training. When creating the quality standards or requirements, review the procurement tasks from the Topic 2 assignment and integrate them within the requirements.
2. Open the “Global Treps Project Rev4” Microsoft Project file submitted in the Topic 4 Benchmark – Project Cost, Cash Flow Report, and Earned Value Analysis assignment. Update the notes for each relevant task. This supplemental documentation will act as the WBS dictionary. Save the Microsoft Project file as “Global Treps Project Rev5.”

Part 2:

Review the “Planning Communications Management” section and Table 10-1 “Sample Stakeholder Communications Analysis” from Chapter 10 in the textbook. Using the list of quality standards or requirements created in Part 1, complete the “Communication Management Plan Template” to formalize your communications management plan.

Submit the Word document, “Global Treps Project Rev5” and the “Communication Management Plan Template.”

APA style is not required, but solid academic writing?is expected.
