Using the attached Shapefiles, create a map showing the relationship between the hotspots of robberies and hotspots of assaults in Milwaukee in 2009.
Examine the map to determine whether robberies and assaults concentrate in the same areas and whether special police resources must be allocated to any particular areas within the city.
Please discuss the patterns you have discovered.
