5.3 Description of Summative Assessment
The assessment for this course consists of one portfolio including one group presentation (20%) and one individual report based on the case study “Thai Beverage (ThaiBev) Public Co Ltd”.
Questions (both questions carry equal weight):
1) Evaluate Thai Beverage’s strategic success locally and internationally. How did external and internal factors contribute to it?
2) What strategic options does Thai Beverage have? Which one should be adopted for long-term success? Justify your answer.
Guidance: Please note that you need to cite and explain relevant theories and employ critical arguments to justify your answers.
Portfolio submission: Students must upload the presentation feedback sheet together with the Report.
