Papers shall be reviews of articles in professional journals that address general topics consistent with the weekly subject matter in class. It is important for the student to discuss material relevant to the perspective of policy and administrative issues that the course examines. Papers in particular should address the purpose of the article, the perspective of the research which may have value to state and local government public administrative issues, findings and recommendations, and the students comments as to the significance of the material to the field of public administration in general. The format for the article citation will be given by the instructor.
