Discuss your opinion of the impact of temperament on children’s relationships with parents/caregivers and others in their environment (peers, teachers), paying attention to context and drawing on what you understand about the dimensions of adaptability and self-regulation. Discuss how this ultimately influences the development of children.

You will need to consider both personal and objective perspectives to increase your understanding. Considering the influence of different contexts particularly family and society on child and adolescent development is also essential.
