a) Design a one line diagram for the 230/115kV substation, and clearly show all relay connections as per the following guidelines: 1. Substation has 4 230kV Positions; configuration of substation should allow power to flow from 230kV to 115kV system during concurrent loss of all 230kV buses.
2. Substation has 3 115kV Positions; configuration of substation should not allow power to flow from 230kV to 115kV system during concurrent loss of all 115kV buses. 3. Design should provide adequate protection for all major substation equipment. All lines and transformers are to be protected using two different protection schemes for redundancy.
b) provide protection settings for line number 9.
c) Provide 3 phase wiring and CT ratios for differential relay of the 230/115kV transformer, showing all currents. Make all necessary assumptions.
