Continue to reflect in your learning journal. This is your opportunity to reflect on both the business topics and the communication topics we covered this week. This is also an opportunity to reflect on your learning style and how an asynchronous online format impacted your ability to make sense of communications and articulate your point of view. Remember that in many industries online asynchronous communication (e.g., email) is heavily used. The learning journal does not have a set style or length. This is a very personal product that takes as many forms as there are people who keep journals. You are expected to keep your journal weekly but feel free to use it more frequently. This week we discussed bias in communications, we developed a white paper, and we learned about self-directed teams. Any of these topics is worthy of reflection. Did you have any others?
