–Applicationof the Six Images Framework to the organization (i.e., which image(s) best capture/explain the organization’s changes in light of the pandemic?)
–Evaluationof the actions taken by the organization (i.e., what did they do well and/or less well? Is there anything else they could have or should have done differently? Importantly, can any alternative actions be identified through other images of the framework not already identified?)
