You are the Human Resource Manager at a leading bank in Karachi. Over the last six months various clients have complained about the rude and unacceptable behavior of Mr. Sultan Ahmad, customer service manager at I.I Chundrigarh branch. Mr. Ahmad who has been the employee for the bank for 7 years has aclean record and until recently is a valuable contributor to the bank. You are required to investigate and prepare a short report to be submitted to Regional customer service.

1. Mr. Sultan Ahmad was under work pressures because he has been assigned additional duties due to the absence of Mr. Hameed Baig, Operational Manager ( who is on leave)
2. Mr. Sultan Ahmad, customer service manager, was disturbed because of his family issues
3. The client’s attitude towards him was also inappropriate
