| Scenario
There is a requirement for a Pulley assembly which will be manufactured as part of the production process. The design concept has been approved and a CAD sketch prepared for visual effect.
Some of the components required are to be produced by outside manufacturers, however, three components have been sketched in CAD by the manufacturing Manager and it is your job to interpret his information and produce a full set of manufacturing drawings to BS8888 using a suitable Computer Aided Design system.

a) Within your report, explain the key features of a Computer Aided Design system. This includes identifying all important software and hardware to run CAD.

a) Within your report, evaluate software that can assist the design process. This includes discussing the commands that you used to produce the drawings. This provides evidence for P3.3

Assess the cultural elements that you believe may impact the development of change strategies and implementation of change plans. Synthesize the information and discuss challenges and strategies that should be considered to address (or overcome) these cultural elements which could negatively affect the implementation of a change strategy.
