Directions:

Write a 4-5-page report on an organization. The report should focus on the management of the organization as exemplified by the topics in the textbook.

Required items that must be included in your report are:

• Mission statement (30 points)
• Organization structure (chart or description) (20 points)
• Decision making process (50 points)
• Human Resource practices (perks, incentives, hiring procedures etc.) (75 points)
• Social Responsibilities (75 points)

The list of citations/references must be in APA format.

The body of the report should contain between 1,000 and 1,500 words, this is the equivalent of 4 – 5 double spaced pages with standard margins and 12-point Times New Roman or Arial font.
