In your administrative role, you were responsible for recruiting new apprentices for your college. Using that knowledge, evaluate (sum up) this initiative by reflecting on the following
- What it took to implement it in terms of meetings, communication channels, need for training, establishment of productive workflow, data protection, feedback etc
- management of the facility in terms of ongoing evaluation, communication with other staff, monitoring outputs,
- any constraints that were encountered and how they were solved
- any factors that were taken into account when designing the facility such as staff briefings, assigned responsibilities, risk assessments, budget, equipment, transport, technology requirement etc
- how you mad sure your support was conducive to more recruitment.
