Using the template in Course Content, describe the organization type (e.g., state, local, or federal government, etc.); (2) the organization’s business line(s); and (3) the organization’s strategic objectives. You may chose the entire organization or a portion of the organization.
HINT: As noted in the individual project description, you may choose your existing organization or you may create a fictional organization. Whichever you choose, make sure the organization is one that uses projects routinely to achieve its strategic goals.
