- Using at least TWO of the duties listed in the job description you submitted, write a standard that would evaluate that duty, then design a simple performance appraisal instrument to measure that duty.
- Use one of the scale-rating methods described in the readings. Remember, the standards you write should be derived from the duties listed in your job description.
