Trafficking: movement of people, usually across national borders, for the purpose of exploitation, whether sexual or as forced labour.

Good practice guidance: material to support professionals to put law and statutory guidance into daily practice. These publications may be recommended’ by the relevant government department. Consultation: the process by which draft guidance is made available on a government website. Anyone can make comments or suggestions.
