The aim of this assessment is for the student to demonstrate their successful achievement of their learning contract outcomes.
Students are required to submit an academically written piece with evidence of achievement of learning outcomes. The learning contract should be submitted as an appendix. The assignment rubric provides further information regarding content and structure.
The Professional Project is to be submitted via the assessment Dropbox as one (1) complete document.
Presentation of the Professional Practice Project
The following format is recommended for presentation of the Professional Practice Project
- Introduction (400 words):
- Introduce your topic and state the aim of your Learning Contract
- Attach your learning contract (as an Appendix – this is not included in the word count for this Assessment)
- Describe the purpose of your Professional Practice Project.
2. Present your outcomes for Learning Objective 1 and Learning Objective 2 (3200 words):

- Describe what you did, discuss why you did it, and describe and appraise the learning resources and strategies you used
- Comment on aspects of your learning objectives that were not achieved and why – if applicable.
- Describe, justify and illustrate how you applied clinical leadership (theory, knowledge and skills) to achieve the two objectives
- Explain how you filled a knowledge gap and are now further prepared to work at an advanced level
5. Conclusion: Provide a summary of the Professional Practice Project (400 words)
