This is a comprehensive preliminary feasibility study: final report on financial feasibility and recommendations. Students are allowed to choose thier own development project OR they can also choose from a list of properties to be provided in Week 3. This could be a new development or a re-development of an existing site. It could be for a commercial, industrial or residential development or a mixed development. Details on the development chosen need to be submitted to the Unit Coordinator for approval by the end of week 4. Due: The 2,500-word final report is to be submitted to the Turnitin Dropbox in the Assessment section in Week 12. Exact date will be posted on vUWS. There are two steps to this process which you will see clearly set out on the vUWS site. The first step is to submit your report to a Turnitin link to generate an ’originality report’. You must then submit both your report and the Turnitin originality report to the assignment Dropbox. The penalty rule will be applied to the late upload.
