need the risk analysis for this fictional project. It is a PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN (PMP). So please dont write this as a university assignment. State absolutes and define what you are going to do instead of what can be done or what you want to do. There will be no references made. For the PMP plan, I’m estimating around 2000 words excluding the tables that will be made in excel.
I need 5 key strategic risks – Political risk, Environmental Risk, Health and Safety, Financial, Legal Risk.
Under each of these risks, identify 3 risks each and follow the template for the Risk register in the template I have provided and replace all data with the new relevant data for this project.
In short, I need :-
1) Risk Register (from the template I will provide now)2) Consequence table (will be in the same excel sheet, under sheet 3) and replace the data with relevant information from this new scenario
Note, Risk matrix table, likelihood table and consequence table will remain the same with no changes according to the excel file I have provided.
And then a PMP plan like the example I have provided in the word file attached soon.
