Primary health care for older people involves a holistic and broad approach to help prevent disease and disability as
well as support older people to remain engaged active contributors to society. In this report you are required to:
– explain and analyse the way governments have structured aged care services using a primary health care
approach.
– discuss the way older people are supported to be in control of the services and care they receive.
