Posters are a great way to showcase one’s work and receive feedback from the experts in the field. For example, a health care practitioner may showcase their treatment methods to promote their work in health conferences. This assessment enables you to integrate and demonstrate your understanding of multiple metabolic pathways and present how the processes support various functions of the body by creating a conference poster. In doing so, it aims to develop consolidation, designing, presentation and communication skills of students. Poster Topic The metabolic adaptations that satisfy the energy needs of the body in anorexia nervosa with a focus on carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism. Instructions 1. You need to design a draft poster on the poster topic provided above. 2. In the draft poster, you are required to outline the key points that you will discuss in detail in your final poster.
