1. Introduction (Title of Paper)
   1. Purpose of paper/introduction (For this length of paper, ½ to ¾ page at the most is appropriate). Specifically, include a sentence that states your intentions and the flow of this paper explicitly.
      1. Introductory paragraph. At minimum, briefly describe how this paper will address three of several topics studied in OLCU 300 that have changed your thinking and/or behavior, and have or will make a difference in your professional and/or personal effectiveness. Also, mention how you will discuss your reactions and reflections from three (3) of the self-assessments you have completed in the course so far. See the SA OB Observation Assignment Outline instructions, and OB Signature Assignment Grading Rubric within the Course Information tab for further explanation and topic considerations.
   2. Analysis
      1. First OB Topic (3–5 paragraphs for each topic and about 1½ to 2 pages max. See https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/606/02/ for paragraphing guidance)
         1. Define and briefly describe the concept (topic) and why it is important in OB: identifying major theories and/or theorists as appropriate.
         2. Connect the concept with your experiences outside the classroom and discuss how your thinking and/or behavior has or will change.

1. Second OB Topic

  1. Conclusion content. This paper answered…analyzed, etc. Remember to simply re-cap the Introduction and Analysis and do not introduce any new material. A strong final sentence ties in with the first sentence in the work.
