    • Describe additional measurable outcomes related to the study of the intervention (process-related outcomes).
  • Describe your data collection plan.
    • Identify the type of data that will be collected for each identified, measurable outcome, including details about its source.
    • Describe specific methods of data collection you are going to use, including tracking and documentation.
    • Describe the instrument(s) to be used to collect identified outcomes data, including measures of validity and reliability for each instrument.
  • Create an outcomes analysis plan.
    • Explain how you intend to analyze your outcomes data.
    • Describe the program or tool you will use to analyze data.
    • Describe and substantiate the use of statistical tests for significance or other statistical analysis.
  • Create a concept map.?
    • Be clear when labeling and describing the illustrated variables and concepts.?
    • Summarize in 1–?2 paragraphs the project design, methods, variables, key concepts, and relationships depicted in your concept map.
  • Address the appropriate audience, using familiar, discipline-specific language and terminology.
