Describe the overall capstone project design and methods, including:
- The overall method used for the project.
- Details about the intervention and its implementation.
- The type of data collected and instruments used.
- An analysis plan for the evaluation of each measurable outcome.
- The illustrated project design, methods, variables, key concepts,and relationships depicted in a concept map.
In addition, refine the concept map you created in this week’s discussion activity, using peer and instructor feedback. Add the concept map to your paper in an appendix.
Note: This assignment corresponds with the second part of the DPP Part 1 section entitled, “Measurable Outcomes, Methods, and Outcomes Analysis Plan.” After this assignment has been graded and you have integrated instructor feedback, you may add the assignment content to this section.

- Describe the overall capstone project design and methods.
- Identify the design and methodological approach of the project.
- Describe the context, including details and nuances of the population and local environment.
- Describe the intervention and its implementation.
- Identify measurable outcomes.
- Describe measurable outcomes related to the PICOT question.
- Describe additional measurable outcomes related to the study of the intervention (process-related outcomes).
- Describe your data collection plan.
- Identify the type of data that will be collected for each identified, measurable outcome, including details about its source.
- Describe specific methods of data collection you are going to use, including tracking and documentation.
- Describe the instrument(s) to be used to collect identified outcomes data, including measures of validity and reliability for each instrument.
- Create an outcomes analysis plan.
- Explain how you intend to analyze your outcomes data.
- Describe the program or tool you will use to analyze data.
- Describe and substantiate the use of statistical tests for significance or other statistical analysis.
- Create a concept map.?
- Be clear when labeling and describing the illustrated variables and concepts.?
- Summarize in 1–?2 paragraphs the project design, methods, variables, key concepts, and relationships depicted in your concept map.
- Address the appropriate audience, using familiar, discipline-specific language and terminology.

- A title page and references page. An abstract is not required.
- A running head on all pages.
- Appropriate section headings.
- Length of paper:Your paper should be 4–5 pages in length, not including the title page and references page.
