Introduction
a. Start with a topic sentence or two that attracts attention and summarizes the issue
b. Clearly & Concisely identify the issue
c. Provide a concise but comprehensive history/background of the topic
d. Clearly and distinctly identify the two positions
e. Define key terms
f. The introduction should be compelling.Consider the issue as it relates to public & personal health, safety, cost, government initiatives, society, etc….
c. The argument should demonstrate the depth of knowledge about the issue, and build a clear defense of your position.
d. Presentation/argument must be clear and consistently supported with well- selected & synthesized evidence from reliable, current and scholarly sources.
Research paper must be in APA format with Headings and Sub-Headings
