You will also map messages across the INFORM, PERSUADE and REMIND model. What key messages to consumers need in order to help Jersey Mike’s achieve each objective? Finally, you should discuss one specific way to improve the power of one of Jersey Mike’s current messages by improving the stickiness using the SUCCES model. Feel free to audit their communications and apply the model to a real example, or build on one of the messages you describe in your paper.
