You can make an appeal about an assessment decision by putting it in writing and sending it to us. Refer
to your Student Handbook for more information about our appeals process.
Plagiarism, cheating and assessment dishonesty:
Imperial considers plagiarism and cheating as a serious misdemeanour. Evidence of plagiarism and
cheating is treated on a case-by-case basis and the consequences for students engaging in such practices
may include failure of the assessment or unit or exclusion from the course. For more information, refer to
imperial’s Assessment Policy.
For written Questions and Answers
Re-assessment: If you do not achieve the required standard, you will be given the opportunity to be reassessed by our Assessor. Arrangements will be made on an individual basis. If you are deemed to be NS
(Not Satisfactory), your assessor will either ask specific questions orally, and record them with you or you
will be asked to resubmit your responses.
All completed work is to be handed in to your trainer/assessor by the date specified.
