a. Select two of the medical terms in the sample workplace document (the doctor’s
letter below). Quote the definition of your chosen terms from at least two different
sources. Sources may include an online source, a medical dictionary, and an
Anatomy & Physiology textbook. Reference each quote with APA style
referencing.
b. Having read the different definitions, write a definition for the term in your own
words to show your understanding. Use the sample workplace document to
explain/describe how this applies in this case (for example, what symptoms the
patient is displaying, or which procedure has been performed).
