Design a detailed 3–4 page questionnaire you could use to seek information from the managers of each outlet to determine their human resources needs.
The questionnaire should demonstrate that you have considered the areas where human resources might be needed in a fast food organisation and should not include generalised questions like:
What are the most significant actions HR can take to help you meet your business goals?
What should HR be doing that it is not doing now?
What is HR doing now that it should not be doing?
