1/Define the term “groupthink”. Describe in detail a time when you experienced or witnessed groupthink. What happened? How could the groupthink have been prevented?

2/Have you ever engaged in positive deviance? This is when you do something that is pro-social but also breaks social norms, even just in that context. Sometimes it is being innovative, or taking a stand for something you believe in.

If so, describe for us what you did and why it would be considered positive deviance? If not, think of an act of positive deviance that you might consider doing, and explain why.
