Find two public policy issues that can be explained by the Capability Theory of Social Justice. Select one issue from the reading notes, and one additional issue from either the reading notes or a separate source that you think is suitable to apply this theory.
Briefly explain
1) the main argument of the theory and
2) your short analysis of how the theory is applied for the two issues you choose.
Highlight public policy examples (e.g. laws / regulations / policies) on the two issues selected that support this philosophical theory.
