The purpose of this project is to examine a current issue which exists as an ethical challenge for leadership in today’s organizations by doing field specific research.
** Please include a strong opening and a strong conclusion in your paper. The paper should be written with the expectation that you would submit it to organizational leaders. The writing should be formal and professional as you would expect in a research paper; it should be conversational in tone. ** The paper should consist of SIX sections, which are clearly subtitled:
1. Introduction:
The opening should grasp the attention of the reader or listener. Introduce your topic and address the significance of the issue for today’s leaders. Address why the topic presents ethical challenges.
2. Examination of depth of the problem and the various challenges:
You will need to do research with library databases/periodicals and perform additional searching on the Internet to find additional information. Show depth in your content and cite all sources using APA format.
3. Identification of legal, ethical, and social issues:
Use this section to expand on the legal, ethical, and social dimensions related to decision making in regards to your topic. Support your arguments with field-specific research (cite all sources).
4. Evaluation of the challenge using an ethical framework that you select to solve the problem :
Present a case/specific example relating to your topic and present your analysis based on using an ethical framework (Chapter 1 of text) to solve the problem. You may use one of the cases from the text that was not assigned or another case/example you find in your research. The presentation of your ethical framework MUST demonstrate ability to identify, evaluate, and construct good philosophical arguments. This section of paper has a focus on analysis.
5. Utilization of Viterbo’s Core Values:
