I have attached some documents that outline my business plan. The concept behind my business plan is creating an affordable personal-chaueffer service that would appease the masses (working adults, professionals, car pools, etc.), but have cost similar to Left or Uber. The major difference is the scheduling aspect. My potential customers will be able to draft a “ride schedule” to give to their chosen driver for up to a week. This service will accommodate those needing consistent transportation throughout the course of a day. Ultimately, the drivers scheduled would be based on the customer.
