Write a letter to the next student entering your internship and provide any information that would be beneficial for them to know before their internship begins. Point them toward particularly rich learning opportunities in your setting and how to get access to those opportunities. Tactfully convey any particularly challenging issues in the organization that they might encounter and specific suggestions you might have for how they might navigate those issues. Explain to the student what you would do differently if you had the opportunity to start your internship over.
