II. Leadership Strategies or Theories – Choose two leadership strategies that would work for Kiva. Make sure these are leadership strategies from your textbook. Use academic peer reviewed sources to describe these leadership strategies. You should identify the strategies you are using in your outline during week 8.
III. Importance of leadership at Kiva – Find academic peer reviewed sources that explain why leadership is important.
IV. Evaluate how each of the leadership strategies or theories that you have chosen will work in the situation. Make sure you discuss the strengths and weaknesses in using these strategies.
V. Conclusion
Your outline for this week must show detail on each of these topics and include a reference sheet with at least eight sources. You will need to have an additional four sources in the following week. In week 4 you will submit a rough draft of your paper.
