For example, staff need a safe and comfortable work environment with all required resources supplied, customers need to be supplied with appropriate products and services, etc. |
| workgroup targets | This refer to the goald of the workgroup and is usually expredded in quantitative term e.g. the work group target was to increase sales by 10%. |
