Your answer should:
· provide an overall assessment of the approach to HRM and HRD, which addresses (at the level of a strategic overview) areas of the unit syllabus that you determine as being relevant (around 1,000 words)
· provide a detailed analysis of two areas (around 2,000 words).
Your assignment should demonstrate:
· an ability to identify and interpret a range of issues present in your organization
· critical evaluation of those issues using concepts, frameworks and debates in the relevant academic literature
an ability to make appropriate and well-grounded
