1. Discuss and present a training plan to address identified training needs and the methods to be used. Show how this approach will address underperformance of human resources team or service providers. The Training Needs Analysis should be able to assess any skill, competency or knowledge gaps. Through regular reviews, you will be able to identify any irregularities in the key measures of the SLA.
