Select one organisation you believe to be using entrepreneurial marketing.
Develop a vlog (using Youtube video) lasting no more than five minutes (any content over the 5 minute point will not be marked). Your vlog must include the following:
- A discussion of existing definitions of entrepreneurial marketing
- An evaluation of how well your chosen organisation uses entrepreneurial marketing methods. For higher marks, you need to make sure you make the following clear (backed up with evidence) in the context of your chosen organisation
- What entrepreneurial marketing methods to they use?
- How successfully do they implement these?
- Recommendations on how they could improve their entrepreneurial marketing activities
Notes to Students
- Your vlog has to portray a breadth of reading around the subject, which should be synthesised with your findings. Don’t assume that the Tutor knows your situation which is after all unique to you. Quality, not quantity is the aim.
- Support your work with a wide range of credible sources. A few random web links will not be enough. You need to demonstrate to the marker that you have done some reading
- Make use of the format available to you. This is a creative piece and marks will be awarded for those that demonstrate creativity. The following are actively discouraged and will severely limit the marks awarded for use of format:
- Basic presentations using presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezzi, Powtoons etc) with a voiceover
- A student talking into a camera in a room for 5 minutes
