Each question is worth 20 points. Each response should be around 300 words each with references.

2. What is personal jurisdiction? (300 words)
   a. How is it complied/applied in resolving the jurisdiction issue in Internet cases?
3. Recently, the two social media giants, Twitter and Facebook clashed over the policy to fact-check or arbiter of truth of everything that people say online.  Take a position, either Twitter or Facebook, and provide arguments to support that position using the concepts that we have studied in this course.(300 words)
4. What are the major federal laws and regulations on privacy?(300 words)
5. What is “fair use” of copyrighted material?(300 words)
