• Discuss the nature of incentive plans and their benefits to employers and employees.
• Consider the incentives that are offered in your organization or one that you have familiarity. Discuss how the incentive plans are administered and comment on if you believe the plans are effective in motivating employees to meet or exceed organizational goals.
