Discuss this task which has two steps.
a) Workplace change often generates a broad range of responses from employees. For example, while some are enthusiastic, zealous and “early adopters”, others may be hostile resistors, or even passively undermine the change initiative. Drawing on scholarly readings, critically discuss how and why this is so (approx. 1000 words).
