Your task is to define a new project. This could be a potential new project that you or your organisation have in mind. Requirements The required word count for this report is 1500 words (plus 10%). • you need to develop a project definition document which includes the following components: o Project title o Contextual information (write about the project’s context and explain why this project is required, who are the key stakeholders and what are their expectations of the project’s purpose) o Project scope definition (define the project’s scope including the project purpose, description, objectives, deliverables, milestones schedule, success criteria, key assumptions and the limits of the scope) o Project priorities (establish and justify the project’s priorities) o Work breakdown structure (abstract level) o The project’s organisation structure (provide your suggestion for the right project management structure within the context of your study)
