Paper instructions:
A. Develop a problem statement that addresses teaching reading comprehension, word decoding and phonemic awareness inside of the classroom.
B. Develop a narrative literature review that flows from the broad topic of teaching literacy to a more narrow and specific research questions, using Fifteen sources. Make sure all sources are published from a scholarly source
C. Develop an overall purpose statement for teaching reading inside of the classroom and a review of relevant literature that communicates the intent or objectives of the research.
D. Develop two open-ended research questions
